reminder 10


  i am regular customer of your reliance fresh since 2007

         And purchasing maximum through DEBIT CARD

         I never faced any problem  

         BUT ON 24/11/11 WHEN I VISITED YOUR   OUTLET

        SHOP NO 1-4 LAKULISH BUILDING R V DESAI ROAD VADODARA

I purchased for Rs 232.54 very small outlet is also small   and gave ICICI DEBIT CARD

AFTER SWEEPING THEY RETUNED ME AND TOLD THAT YOUR CARD IS NOT VALID

I WAS SURPRISED THAT SINCE LONG I AM USING NO COMPLAIN?

THAN I GAVE HDFC CARD IT WAS ACCEPTED

NEXT DAY WHEN I SAW THAT AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT TWICE

232.54 + 232.54= 465.08  FROM ICICI CARD   WHILE THEY TOLD ME CARD IS NOT VALID ?

ONCE FROM HDFC DEBIT CARD WHILE I PURCHASED ONCE CAED WAS SWEEPED THRICE

I VISITED SO MANY TIMES NO REFUND OR SOLUTION GIVEN THEY SAY BANK WILL REFUND YOU

BANK SAY CARD IS SWEEPED IT IS AUTOMATIC DEDUCTED RELIENCE WILL GIVE YOU REFUND

I VISITED SO MANY TIMES WASTED TIME AND PETROL NO RESULT THEY GAVE ME YOUR EMAIL

   It is 21days passed     Please do the needful and oblige

Complain for bad customer handling

Hi,
   I had visited today your reliance fresh kandiwali East lokhandwala township mumbai store, Store executive miss behaved with me. when he had not given offer coupon to me when I asked he rudely said nahi ha and while billing also on reliance brand bathroom freshener u have offer of 2+1 free when 3 units charged to me and I asked why he again miss behaved by saying their is no offer and u had not read properly.
           This happen always as ur staff dose not  know how to speak to ur customer and they never support the customer while shopping also.
 In this era of tough competition how  professionally u r running your store which shows how ur other brand store will be.
