I visited relaince fresh situated at Amritsar in putli Ghar area on 22
july 08 and purchased items.
In these items Garlic pickle was there. But the person who told about
pickle was not delivered to me. The taste I had was sweet and the boy
sat on counter said without sugar pickle is also available, but the item
delivered to me was not that which i tasted.
Also, i purchased lehar allu Bhujia , Microvave bowl was free
with that which was not given. Parle burbon biscuit were also
purchased but no free gift were delivered. All this i observed reaching
Gurdasur, at my home.

Dear Sir/ Madam
I have complaint about the Reliancefresh Surat(Rander) store.
I went to this store on 9th July, 2008 for recharging my reliance mobile of 50 Rs in the morning ~ 9:39 AM.But i haven't got the talk time rupees one that day.
Then I went to this store in the evening and i talk one customer care person about my problem. He checked the history, in which it written successful recharge but i haven't got that talk time, then i & customer care of reliance fresh contact customer care of reliance communication but he told us that you don't have any recharge on that particular time.
So the customer care person of reliance fresh person note my complaint and he told me that the problem will solved within 24 hrs, but it wasn't.
Then again on next day and for three days I went to the store, i discussed about my problem. But still i haven't got the solution.
Now tell me that what to do?
I am westing my time by visiting that store for few days.
The customer care of reliance fresh is not giving me good response.
Now it's your look out that you have to solve my problem.

      this is to bring to your notice that, in some stores in delhi i have observed mis management & misbehaviour by the staff of your fresh outlets which i certainly dont expect from such reputed name. the goodwill & brand of reliance is being highly affected & these outlets are just spoiling your brand name.your main aim looks to just increase the numbers of your store but not to look after the mismanagement.I really had a very bad experience & committed never to enter any of reliance fresh stores in future. you must look this part also to save the name & reputation of your company.

Your above retail outlet located at Lake Town has been very popular here for its services so long.

 

However, recently we are finding that it is taking quite a long time to make a purchase and then pay off due to shortage of  your shop floor attendants. While they are very cooperative and trying their level best to serve their customers, it is becoming difficult for them to maintain their service standard apparently because of much higher workload. Home delivery services are also affected  which may induce migration of your customers to other shops who are offering the facility.

 

I would request you to look into the matter and augment a few more hands in this shop which I am sure you will find cost-effective and push your sales upwards.

I want to complain against your executives at reliance fresh Dilshad Colony branch Delhi-95 where they have misbehaved with me while I was purchasing Ghee from there.
Actually on date 20th July 2008 I went to the store to purchase 3KM of madhusudan ghee @Rs.165 per Litre at that time the executive has offered me  to purchase packet worth Rs.190 and get 200 gm pack free. So at time it took me few minutes to get conformation from my home over the phone but your executives were in so hury that he has crossed the bill. Then upon my request he assured me to get that pack returned on next day morning after 10 A.M. and even he has offered me to give a gift of Pan upon purchase of Rs.105 more. Then today when I again went to the store at 9PM then Mr.Rakesh has asked me to come 2 days after for the same as supervisor is on holiday for 2 days who only can solve my problem and upon my argument he says that if a customer can shout upon me then he is not a Ghandhi who could bear him. 
 when I had asked about his service code number then he says that all the executives there are  temporary employees and the permanent employees are supervisor and manager who will be available after 10.30 PM but when I again visit there at 9.30 PM then fortunately Mr. supervisor was there and upon my humble request he got ready to do so. then I got my Madhusudan Ghee returned against which they have given me Param Ghee with the new scheme and refused to give the gift of Pan which was promised last day whereas I have made an extra purchase of Rs.261 vide Bill no.0312 dated 21 July 2008.
I want to know that after making purchase of worth Rs.756 (495+261) is this is the treatment a customer get from Reliance fresh a name of repute that is known as pride of INDIA . Is this is the Pride ?

Dear Sir/Madam,
 
I would like to draw you kind attention towards the rude and negligance behaviour of Relaince Fresh Manager comes in the evening time (Branch - C-3 Community center behind Janak Cinema, Janak Puri, New Delhi 110058). He talked in a rude manner in front of all customers when I asked to change the leak packet of milk lassi before leaving the bill counter. He simply denied and forcing me to take this along with me. He start abusing in front of all customers.
This is not a single instance of his behaviour, when any old person asked his help to take some item, he says that it is a self service counter and he is not a servant for anybody.
 
I know customers who have seen his rude behaviour. I enquired from Consumer court to teach him a lesson, they suggested that they can file the case against party (i,e Reliance Fresh). But I dont want to harm company, when there is a mistake of a person.
 
You are requested to please change his branch, otherwise no one will stop us to take this matter to consumer court.

                                    i bought kellogs wheat flakes from your store,later i noticed that it will get expired with in 41 days,so i approached the manager with the respective bill,but he argued with me and abused me really and he even said i am not paying his salary.only atlast they changed it after 20 minutes argument.i am staying in cochin now and also a regular customer of reliance fresh at oberon mall cochin,but their management never behaved like this.i never expected such misbehave from ur side,since it is a reputed company and my company taught how to behave to a customer not like in this manner.so please select efficient and pleasing persons since they represent your company.

Please issue coupens in in denomenation of 1000, 500, 100, to customer as like recharge coupens, when ever people but commodities they use these coupens ,and another method issue registered credit card/debit card so that they will deposit money in the card  and use when ever they need they need not use bank atm card and you can money in advance for your sales once customer will free without carrying liqid cash.

I'm the regular customer for Reliance refresh @ Chennai Madipakkam branch ,  whenever am going to this branch , am not getting 30 % of items (no stock) if I wish to buy.  Most of the time there is no stock available , this is happening in every month beggining.
 
I have given complaints to that branch incharge , no one is takes the responsibility.  I forced to buy or I need to do the shopping in other shop for rest 30% of items.

This evening I visited your outlet in 65 Heber Road, Bheem nagar, Trichy 1 and made some purchases. All the branded products that I purchased are as per the MRP printed on the cartoon. Actually all other shops and even the small shops sell their product below the MRP. Why this disparity. Please look into this. Even there are advertisements on TV regarding this and one can demand this privilege. On inquiry I was told to buy things where it is cheaper. I am regular buyer of various products from Reliance fresh outlet located near Kacheguda Railway Station, Hyderabad. I appreciate the intention of Reliance group for providing various commodities and fresh vegetables under single roof at reasonable prices.

I would like to draw the attention of higher authorities that the incentives provided by the producers of various companies in the shape of articles are not passed on to the consumers through above outlet.

To support my statement mentioned above I give below some examples which I personally experienced:

1.Few days back I purchased one coffee pouch on which it was clearly mentioned that one steel glass free with every purchase. To my surprise the glass was not traceable in said outlet.

2. I purchased one pouch of pillsburry atta one the pack it is mentioned that one packet of good-day butter worth Rs.11/- free, but the counter clerk handed over a packet worth Rs.10/-

3.I purchased one body deodorant of Park avenue blue with which the producers supplied one bath soap of 100 gms as free gift. Unfortunately there was no soap with 10 packs available except one pack.

When we inquire with the staff about missing items they ignore our concern. I think above examples are self explanatory. I request the higher ups to control the theft of gift items meant for consumers and to see that the same are passed to the consumers
