DEAR ALL,

I just want to say that if u open a retail store or anything then u should be aware about that what kind of service they r giving to the customer & what they r selling in that store, on Monday  4th of April, 2011, I went to Reliance Fresh store in Gwalior to buy some fruit bcoz in Mumbai these stores r doing good job, so I thought the same things or service I will get here also. I went to the fruit stall, I saw some pears it was all  over the place not properly at one place & also rotten & looking  very odious, there r black patches on I think every pear & also the temperature of that stall was not ok it was not cool, same thing was with the banana & other fruits & vegetables. The vegetables & fruits corner was horrible there I didn't buy anything & ask about the untidiness & rotten fruits of the store to the guy sitting on cash counter of he didn't just deny everything I saw him the rotten fruits then he said not all of them are rotten u just choose good one ask him to sen d some one & pick some neat & fresh pear for me for that he said u hav to do it urself becoz there r not even a single fruit which u can buy from reliance fresh, I can get good & fresh fruits from outside thhelawallas and I went outside & buy some good fruits & vegetables from outside thhelawalas. So moral of the story is improve ur service in Gwalior, make ur goodwill like Mumbai here also bcoz we people don't like to go to the thhelawalas & do the bargaining with those people.

648THE RELIANCE FRESH STORE IS THE MOST UNKEMPT FULL OF CHAOS THE STAFF IS DISCOURTEOUS THE DISPLAY OF GOODS IS HORRIBLE. THE ENTIRE STORE IS LITTERED WITH CARTONS U KEEP ON STUMBLING EVERY NOW AND THEN. THE STAFF USES ABUSIVE LANGUAGE IT SEEMS THAT IT IS BEING MANNED BY EX-CONVICTS. THE MOMENT THE VEGETABLE ARRIVES IT GOES STRAIGHT ROADSIDE VENDORS(THELAWALAS)AND GENUINE CUSTOMERS GO EMPTY HANDED. THESE ARE FEW STEPS TO RESTORE THE CREDIBILITY OF THE STORE
1 CHANGE ENTIRE STAFF ALONGWITH THE STORE MANAGER.
2 REARRANGE THE GOODS IN A PROPER MANNER
3 BAN ENTRY OF THELAWALAS AND RETAIL SHOPKEEPERS.
4. DAILY VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THE STORE SHOULD BE SEEN BY SOME SENIOR FUNCTIONARY.
5. ALL THE PAYMENT COUNTERS SHUD BE MANNED.
6. CUSTOMER FRIENDLY INSTEAD OF HOOLIGANS SHUD BE APPOINTED.
