Dear sir,
The Bhopal edition of the daily newspaper Dainik Bhaskar dated 2nd August 2008, it was having a full page advertisemet of the Reliance Fresh mentioning several schemes offered by the reliance fresh. On the top of the avertisement, it was mentioned that on purchase of Rs. 999/- a kitchenset will be given as weekend offer. I got purchase of various items vide two bills of Rs. 1254.50 and 316.00 (Card number 2266111167052737) on the same date. The outlet manager outrightly refused to give the full kitchen set, he mentioned that the ad means we shall give one item this week and other item next week. He refused to give the entire set and gave a 16 cm Handi with glass lid of Home One made.
This kind of attitude of the outlet fall under the category of Breach of Trust as well as Cheating. It is requested that the outlet manager may be asked to give me the entire kitchen set otherwise I shall have no option except to move to the honourable court of Law.
