Hi,
 
This is my 4th complaint against this particular Reliance Fresh store locaed at Sector - 17A, Gurgaon
 
1) Many people are standing in queue, but the person at counter allowing side bills to his friends/relatives. (No worry for the persons standing in queue)
 
2) If somebody objected to side billing,simple reply please contat store manager, if you have any problem.
 
3) Store manager - no respect for customer, don't know how to behave, how to deal with customer and finally no result.
 
4)  Most of the time spend more than 30 minutes in queue at counter (reason - system not working, don't know the code of vegitables etc.) Sometime accepted if there is rush.
 
I would like to highlight a paricular incident:
I have taken 3 litrs Toned Reliance milk, person at the counter took Rs75, but bill was of Rs25 only.
When I asked he replied no problem sir, I have encountered this things many times.
