Grievance

I am a resident of Velachery, Chennai and regular customer of Reliance Fresh.
 
3 months back we bought 4 water bottles (4 Fridge bottles in one pack).  It was good.  No leakage.  But within a month the upper portion of the Cap got crack in the upper portion, means the upper portion of the cap circle in shape came out from the thread portion.  We went and inquired, whether these caps are available for cash.  But they said not available.  If this could have been with individual department store, the owner or manager can call the manufacturer and ask to deliver some spare caps for some reasonable cost.  But it is very difficult for the employees of reliance fresh, how to handle this kind of issues, since they are not aware of whom they have to approach. 
 
Please tell me is there a way to get spare caps ?.

We need to change our purchase habits as entering into the retail world.
No retail house in the world provides/sells spare parts for any of the articles sold by them.
Infacts not easily available at local retailsers also and getting these directly from vendor is not viable because of logistics and other cost related issue.
