Dear All,
I am writing this mail with great pain but with determination to get the culprit punished severely for the misbehavior and insult he melted out on Gujarti people.
I am proud Gujarati residing in Ahmedabad and today evening with my parent went to Reliance Fresh Outlet at Prerna Tirth Derasar Satellite Area and what I experienced at this Store left me completely disturbed and agitated.
I found a Tata Employee at the billing counter who for a very small billing mistake created a rioting like situation for almost 3 hours and the whole store was on standstill due to the Abuses he was hurling at the Reliance staff there and flouting his Tata Employment advantage and some of the disturbing abuses were as follows:
- He called Reliance staff Bastard and Reliance Company Cheater.
- He repeatedly called Mukesh Ambani as the Greatest Cheater in India.
- All the limits were crossed when he dragged the Billing employee out of the shop threatening to thrash him and take police action against him.
- Store Manager Mr Brigest Panchal was silent spectator to this whole drama.
- He was boasting and flaunting that He is an Tata Motors Employee and it is Tata who has brought Nano Project in Sanand and is giving employment to 3000 Gujaratis as if Gujaratis are Beggars and have begged for this Project.
- I have taken the Pics of the Rioting done by this Tata Employee at this Reliance employee and all the abuses mentioned above must have been recorded in the CCTV camera at this store which are the proof of this misbehavior which happened at this store.
I Demand as an Gujarati:
1. I come from a respected ex royal family of Gujarat and as my elderly parents were with me I maintained my dignity by not thrashing this Out of Control Tata Employee but that doesn't mean I am going to leave this matter as if left this Criminal minded Tata employee may repeat this in irrational criminal behavior again in our Land of Peace and Prosperity.
2. I demand action against this person whose name I donot know but the Pics show him and his Rajasthan Number Plate Red Tata Indica Car with registration No RJ14 CG 5447 in the Pic.
3. I am proud of Reliance and Tata Proprietors of being Gujaratis and particularly Tata who as an Parsi is known for ethics, Dicipline and Good Business standards and this Employee is not only tarnishing the Tata Name but is an Bloat on Tata's HR culture .
