Thanks for your valueable feedback , we'd enquired the issue related to your purchase from company operated store at Ujjain following are the findings came out of information collected at our end ,

 

1. Company has offered a scheme of free gift on purchase of over and above Rs. 999/- conditioned to stock last, We'd checked and found

    that no customer has been offered the gift after the time of void transaction taken at store for your bill. This was done primarily because

    store has exhausted the gifts provided as an gift offer as per scheme.

    

2.  Loose sugar stock on the same day was not available at store hence not sold to customers , stock noticed by you was Inhouse brand

     sugar packs of 5 kg purchased by a customer which were unpacked and given to him in open poly packs on his request.

 

We regret the inconvinience caused to you due to stock out of offered article as these are avilable till stock last or till valid period and would like to inform you that again comapny is offering exciting gift offers on 15,16 and 17th August'08 and request you to take the advantage of getting the benefits of scheme as these are based on till stocks last.

 

We expect the feedbacks will flow from your side which will give us an opportunity to improve in providing better services to customers.

This is to bring to your kind attention about functioning of Reliance fresh outlet at Ujjain  and some of the incidents happened with me recently at Ujjain outlet.
 

1)      I am regular visitor to Reliance fresh shop which is evident from below

2)      On 05/08/08 I have made for purchase of Rs.2055/- and on that day scheme was in operation for purchase above Rs. 99/ but the scheme was not given to me.
3)      On the same day loose sugar was available for sale but it was not given to me and it was sold to a whole seller from loose stock in 10 kg bags and no retail sale was made from loose stock which meant for sale to retail customers. This also to inform you that I have already demanded sugar but it was not given and given to whole seller who came after me.
4)      A details  complaint has been  made to one Mr Kulshrestha whose Mobile No. is 09993032136 but I am yet to receive any feed back about complaint made.
5)      This is also to inform you that we are also running a retail outlet for petroleum products at Nazarpur Ujjain  and we always give highest priority to our customers there fore it is a great matter of concern as standard set by Reliance for customer service are not followed at Reliance Fresh outlet at Ujjain.

Kindly look into the matter and intervene to set the things so that standard set for customers service are observed with care and care is taken for complaint lodged.
