With reference to above I have accumulated around 500 points on your reliance fresh card but since last one month your Gulmohar as well as Hoshangabad road outlets could not converted it into cash vouchers stating "printer is not working" and " vouchers are not available" . It is very shameful that such a big business giant is not able to manage the things properly.Kindly look into the matter.
