I am residing near your reliance fresh shop at Arjun Nagar/ Krishna Nagar in New Delhi 29.   On several occassions, I purchased many products such as Boost, Bournvita, Horlicks etc, which have some offer like free pen, free toy etc. Invariably, everytime they are cheating me without providing the frree gift. I have lost almost 10 gift items due to cheating. Yesterday, I purchased one Horlicks vide bill number CIII dated  20/08/2008  at 19.02.29 hours for Rs 119 Total bill value 273.22 I asiked for the free pen as per the label on Horlicks. They promised that it is available inside. At my home, I opened the Horlicks.
