reference-my earlier e-mail dated 10 Aug-2008
status- not responded by your concern
brief facts- i have purchased a first class vests for Rs99-00 along with other grocery items on dated 8 Aug-2008 vied cash memo no-0051 at 12.59.01 pm.
it is your sales man advised us try one pieces of vests size80 Cm's. but my husband uses Bombay Dying vests of 90cms, i was doubt about fitting of vests, but your sales man insists me to use this one for good quality , if not fit to your husband ,you can exchange it for a new one with bigger sizes.But in the afternoon i send my husband to exchange as 80 cms vest not suitable for him after removing one pieces and tried at home.Though the sales man seated at customer care after checking bill and other details agreed to exchange for a suitable one at the same price.It is your manager who rushed and humilated my husband in front of other customers stating this can not be exchanged citing vague rules and regulations, and very adamant to talk and accept the legitimate mistake of the both sides witch can be resolved amicable manner. but he is so unsociable, uncultured, he prefer to keep the vests without exchanging and without refunding.
May i draw your attention that we are a regular customer of reliance fresh believing good quality, reasonable price,well educated , well mannered and friendly staffs,but this time we face a horrible experience , we do not mind for losing Rs99-00, but the attitude of the manager hurt me a lot due to the insulting behavior at the outlet premises .
Next time i have to think twice before putting my step to reliance fresh, Now i wonder how the legendary Dhirubhai Ambani's dream getting spoiled by the rotten eggs . Expectations of middle class family like me getting crushed like this and now i have believe that RELIANCE FRESH IS FOR THE PEOPLE OF STRICTLY RICH AND FAMOUS.
