Hello,

I am regular buyer from Reliance Fresh.

Now a days, something going wrong with your outlets in Ahmedabad. May be insufficient staff or unskilled staff give bad reputation to your chain.

I generally buy from Naranpura (Lakhudi Talavadi), Ahmedabad  store. Long time back, they have issued me a card but not registered my name and addresses in the computer. Of course, my points are calculated, but no records about card holder.

In the same store, only one person is handling cash counter, no matter how many persons in the Q. You might be aware that there are two cash counters there.

Similarly, at Vastrapur Stores, the staff always going for excuse whenever we ask for help. This is general complaint at this store.

Will you please look into the matter and do the needful.
