Dear Sir,
 
I am Suresh, a senior officer working with a Govt firm.
 
While, it is pleasure to convey that the quality, services and value for money at Reliance fresh can be rated  very high, the staff especially the managers of the reliancefresh stores need to be trained to handle the customers with polite and friendly approach.
 
I am compelled to write about the misbehaviour of the manager of the branch located right near to Koramangala Police Station, Koramangala, Bangalore.  
 
When the billing counter billed one of the products "B Natural" at Rs.60/-, my wife drew the attention of the biller to the display indicating Rs.49/- right on stack having these juices. Before the biller's reply, the manager rushed and rudely refused to either exchange or cancel the item indicating that Rs.49/- was meant for only some of the flavours.
 
We took the manager to he place of the rack where these juices were stored. Finding that it was really misleading he further went furious and started misbehaving with us. Seeing this we decided not to give up the matter and insisted for either exchange / cancellation of the product or refund of the Rs.11 which he finally made (the refund).
 
Here matter is not really about Rs.11/-. Any one would let the matter be given up for such a small amount. The matter needed only a friendly and polite approach from the manager informaing us that the product with the particular flavour (Premium Rose Lychee) was priced at Rs.60/- and was not covered under the scheme.
 
Instead reacting further at the place to the rude language of the manager and wasting my as well as other customers' time, I thought of writing this to Reliance fresh.
 
I would sincerely request to advice the concern executive at Bangalore to look into the matter. In absence of any response, I would like to escalate the complaint which should ralther help the business improve its services to the customers.
