DEAR SIR,
mera naam sangita hai aur main ahmedabad se hu. muje yaha ke 1 reliance fresh store se complaint hai, jiska address ye hai.

G-1 kshitij, opp. swati society, 
st.xaviers high school road,

kisi bhi product ke saath koi cheej free milti hai ,toh wo iss store mai nahi di jaati hai. aisa mere saath 3-4 baar ho chuka hai. 4th jan. 2011 ko bill no. C1549 #0940    S02848 R002 ke tahat maine SUNSILK SHAMPOO kharida tha, uski bottle par print kiya hua tha ki uske saath LUX BODYWASH free hai,lekin mujhe ya free product nahi diya gaya. mai uske liye aur bhi 3 baar jaa chuki hu,har baar koi naya bahana hota hai aur mujhe abhi tak wo free product nahi mila hai. i hope ki aap meri complian per dhyaan denge taaki mujhe apna free product mil jaaye aur fir kabhi iss store mai aisa aur kisi customer ke saath na ho.

I am a resident of Ghorpadi Pune and on 30/04/2011 I had purchased various items from the Reliance Fresh outlet at BT Kawade Rd. At the time of payment I had handed over my HDFC Debit card to the assistant who after swiping the card thrice told me that the machine was not working and I should pay cash instead. Accordingly I paid the sum of Rs.386.50 and collected my items. On checking mail the next day I was surprised to find an e mail alert from my Bankers (HDFC) informing me that the sum of Rs.386.50 has been debited to my Account. The next day I went across and met the Supervisor on duty, Mr. Harish and explained to him about the double payment and accordingly handed over the Cash Memo – Retail Invoice along with a copy of the e mail alert. I was advised to produce a copy of my Bank statement which I did on 4/5/2011 when I was assured that the refund would be made within 24 hours. This morning (6/5/2011 @ 1200 noon), I met Vikas Huddekar who has rudely informed me that the refund can only be made after 45 days. Reliance is cheating the public and this is unacceptable and disgusting. It is time the extremely bad service from Reliance Fresh and the poor quality of products is highlighted in the media – T.M.MATHEWS - 9823243109

The staff at reliance fresh retail store at shanti path, jaipur cheat customer in very innovative way. During billing the staff will say bar code on product is not read properly . He will replace it with different piece. Here is the catch . The second replaced piece has very near early expiry though all original pieces on shelf had long expiry. you are cheated so cleverly although you were careful while originally picking items from shelf of long expiry

At 5.30pm After purchasing several goods. I stood on que for payment. On reaching counter I was told to go to another counter as this counter now closed. Being senior citizen aged 78 yrs it was difficult to again stand in other que, so I left the products there n came back home. Surprisingly the staff didnt make any effort to convince me. Staffs around chit chatt but only two counters work . There should b a grievance box n these staffs kicked out. Action should be taken against the manager who allows staffs do no work.
