I am your regular customer at Reliance Fresh Miraroad East and using the subject card for reward points for last three years.But so

Far I have not received the permanent card.About three months back I had already talked to Reliance Fresh Official  who contacted customer care and allowed met to speak to the officer who promised me that permanenet card will be dispatched within fifteen days. But so far the same is not

Received and the Temporary Card has almost become unusable.

 

Hence ie is requested to send the permanent card at the following address.
