         I never faced any problem  

         BUT ON 24/11/11 WHEN I VISITED YOUR   OUTLET

AFTER SWEEPING THEY RETUNED ME AND TOLD THAT YOUR CARD IS NOT VALID

I WAS SURPRISED THAT SINCE LONG I AM USING NO COMPLAIN?

THAN I GAVE HDFC CARD IT WAS ACCEPTED

NEXT DAY WHEN I SAW THAT AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT TWICE

232.54 + 232.54= 465.08  FROM ICICI CARD   WHILE THEY TOLD ME CARD IS NOT VALID ?

ONCE FROM HDFC DEBIT CARD WHILE I PURCHASED ONCE CAED WAS SWEEPED THRICE

I VISITED SO MANY TIMES NO REFUND OR SOLUTION GIVEN THEY SAY BANK WILL REFUND YOU

Complain for bad customer handling

Hi,
   I had visited today your reliance fresh kandiwali East lokhandwala township mumbai store, Store executive miss behaved with me. when he had not given offer coupon to me when I asked he rudely said nahi ha and while billing also on reliance brand bathroom freshener u have offer of 2+1 free when 3 units charged to me and I asked why he again miss behaved by saying their is no offer and u had not read properly.
           This happen always as ur staff dose not  know how to speak to ur customer and they never support the customer while shopping also.
 In this era of tough competition how  professionally u r running your store which shows how ur other brand store will be.

Recover The Cost


Dear Concern,

Sir i bought some materials from Reliance fresh situated in NIT Faridabad. Vim drop bottle was one of them. They charged Rs.42.00 from me although the printed rate of that bottle is Rs.40.00. I promptly  informed  about it to concern person  of Reliance fresh and I told him that it is not legitimate but they were ignore me and unable to provide proper response (did misbehave with me).I have bill  & bottle  for evidence .it is requested  please take some restrict action against it.

I am one of your customers.  Your recent move to charge for carry bags is appreciable, which is a step to reduce usage of plastics and thereby save the environment.  However, I would like to suggest you the following :

 

When you are charging the round off figure (9.50 paise = 10.00) means 50 paise you are charging more and when a customer takes  carry bag of Re.1.00 you should charge only 50 paise from the customer and not a rupee. Or you should pay back the 50 paise to the customer.   You might be aware that  lakhs of customers are ignoring this small amount which is a huge income of  Relieance or the Sakes-Man.  I understand that you are ignoring 49 paise  but that is very rare.  Hence I suggest you to either pay back the 50 paise  or do not charge for a polypack  costing Re.1/-

Rude behaviour of reliance fresh employees




Hi,
     This is to bring to your kind notification that the senior as well as junior employee of the reliance fresh situated at chunabhatti(E) in mumbai, have now a days become very rude and rustic.

It happened like this, " The Safal green peas(200grm) bought by me from the reliance fresh was found to be rotten in the sealed pack, when I complained about this to the senior official present in the store, he started scolding me badly saying that i might have not handled properly, inspite of explaining him 10 times, he didnt aggred that the packet from the store was rotten, when i asked to check the batch nos and details in the "SAFAL PEAS" packet, he refused and said that they dont have facility of printing duplicate bill(since i didnt presumed the bill)"

I have presumed the copy of my swiped card with me, but he says that the details are not linked to the bill.

I never demanded the money back, i always wanted him to accept that it was store who mishandled it. There are nos of similar complaints of bearing rude behaviour of your employees,Kindly train them well so as to treat customer well. This is not only ruining "Reliance fresh" name but on the same ground loosing "Safal Peas" popularity, as all other brand of peas were properly handled in the store.

I request you to take an action on the above complaint, or sort it down to your earliest.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently I had purchased 20 kgs of basmati rice from your Reliance Fresh Store in Alkapuri, Vadodara. As four bags were difficult to carry, we had demanded bags from your staff at the store, but to our disgust, they told us that you have to pay a charge for the bags. Why???? You do not let us carry our own bags inside the store & you charge for the plastic bags you give us with the items we purchased!!! I request you to look into this matter.

Can you please put me in touch with someone who can handle grievances? I want to register a complaint against your Model Town (Delhi) Reliance fresh store for selling stale products, being rude to customers and other irregularities.

 

I have tried earlier also to find out who would be the right person / forum to contact and register my complaint with, on the internet and on your bill, I could not find any details.

 

This is not the first time that I have faced a problem with this particular store. Their behavior is shocking.

 

I have all details with me- the Bill, the store manager's name etc.

to buy some fresh apples

Good evening.
I am Swathi from Hyderabad. On 2nd Sep i went to reliance fresh to buy some fresh apples. I liked it and took one kilo apples approximately worth Rs. 100/-. One of the employee told me that you have to buy the polythene cover also to carry out these apples. Rs. 2/- or Rs. 3/- is not a big matter of any one. Every one purchasing so many things from your fresh. Every one is ready to pay the amount whatever you mentioned in your stores. But no one is ready to buy the polythene covers from your stores. Just now i saw your web site and you people mentioned all the prices of vegetables etc. But no where mentioned about you are also charging to polythene covers separately. Being an ordinary citizen in India i think it is not correct to charging to polythene covers also. I do not see these prices for covers in other stores. Kindly consider or rethink.

I got a bitter experience with your staff at the Naimnagar, Hanamkonda, Warangal Dist., Andhrapradesh, India .... Mr.Krishna Rao, the bill counter boy ... he is not at all suitable for the customer related job because of his rude behavior ... he is very rude and careless to the customers .. today i experienced by Mr.Krishna Rao ... i wrote a complaint against at the outlet ... i am very much surprised that there is no Outlet Manager in Naimnagar, Hanamkonda, Warangal Dist., Andhrapradesh, India ... so i dont know to whom i give complaint .. 

I humbly request you people to take complaint action against Mr.Krishna Rao .. to sustain the reputation of the brand RELIANCE .. if i experience the same bad with your staff .. i go to the local Consumer Court and give a complaint against the firm .. becasue your staff person Mr.Krisna Rao deleberatingly asking me to give complaint against him .. and he is saying that he will find another job in few days .... so you can imagine how they are loyal to Reliance ........ 

Once again i humbly request to take a severe action against Mr.Krishna Rao ..... (i dont know ... he mentioned his original name or not, because he was not having name on his shirt) ....

Dear Sir / Madam

The shopping experience at Reliance Fresh is always exhilarating,
barring minor nuance some days, which actually spoil the entire
experience of the event.

At Chunabhatti, Tehsil Huzur, Bhopal, outlet , the transaction
mentioned in the subject line was initiated. The terminal at which it
was done, I was informed does not accept the credit card. Ironically,
the monitor facing the customer had all the tags of welcoming master
card/ visa card.

When, I insisted on making the payment through the card, the card was
then taken to the back end office for swiping. A gentleman named Mr.
Khan and a lady Personnel of kolar , Bhopal ( and so I was told )
outlet , were present and went in as well.

It took about 10-15 mnts, for me to reliase that , the card should be
swiped in my presence , as handing over the card, is in the donts of
the issuer of the bank, to avoid misuse. When I approached the back
office, immediately the card was swiped and receipt generated.

This does raise the suspicion , in the mind of the reason of the
delay, and not walking the talk, as acclaimed through wall postings.

I am raising this issue , as when all your terminals are now automated
through your internal severs, why the terminals welcoming with the
tags of Mastercard  / Visacard not accept the payment option of card.

I have been patronizing the various vectors of RIL, and thus feel
obliged to input my feedback. Kindly treat this as an expression of
interest.

           I am a reliance fresh retail customer with RelianceOne Card Id no. 6048 6310 1218 9141 and generated business for you to the tune of several lakhes.

         Yesterday on 23/8/11 at around 6.30 pm, I purchased 25 kg bag of ASHIRVAD RICE, for an amount of Rs.799/- (bill amount totaling Rs.950.90/-) in the following retail outlet,

          I had written my house address and phone number on the reverse side of the paid copy of the bill for free home delivery of the rice bag as requested by Mr.Bupathy the supervisor/in-charge and handed over to him. Mr.Bupathy inturn entrusted the work of home delivery to Mr.Samy, security of the outlet and given me a confirmation and assurance that the rice bag would be delivered to my house, on the same day i.e. 23/8/11 before 8.30 pm.

          Since I didn't receive the delivery as assured, I reminded Mr.Bupathy around 8.45 pm and also at 9.15 pm who in turn assured me that he had given instructions concerned person and
Mr.Samy, security and it would be delivered at any cost before 10.00 pm of 23/8/11.

          Alas, till date 24/8/11 and time it is not yet delivered to my address and nobody from your store had concern or mind to phone up me and explain why it was not delivered at the right time and what is the status of the delivery, thus leaving me in lurk.

          I really got frustrated and this is one example to show you as to how your people behave and respond to the customer need and urgency.


          Peak of all the security Mr.Samy is behaving whimsically in an attrocious manner on the context of checking the bill and causing excess delay to the customers, which was brought to your store  supervisor/in-charge several occasions and in vain.

          Kindly take this complaint seriously and render justice and also see that things should change in the near future for the betterment of your business, or else you may have to lose your customer base for silly reasons.

I had purchased items from your reliance store on two occasions.                                 (Kalyan- Landmark : Purnima Talkies)

There was only one single line to make payment as other counters were not operating.

This is obviously a cause for inconvenience.

The price tag for item such as oil 15 litre was not there and nobody bothered to give prompt response.

The response to customer is lacklustre.(I had to buy the item from local store.)

The behaviour/approach of inexperienced and untrained new staff is also questionable.

The item bought are not provided with home delivery although it is indicated that home delivery being free on the slip which is attached for your perusal.

Tell me the criteria for home delivery as I would like you to refer the amount and weight aspect of items involved.

What is your expectation from your customers in this regard i.e. to buy and carry off these items without any sort of help from your end.?

The 25 kg rice purchased did not had the desired tag and the tag provided did not materialised.So,again I had to be in line for that particular item notwithstanding the makeshift arrangement of 5 times the tag being processed as indicated in the bill attached.

Note : At any given point of time,the local supermarket is far better in all aspect.

There are lapses in your service.

Take necessary steps as Reliance Fresh is a customer driven product of Reliance.

I am a very regular customer of Bavdhan Reliance Fresh who visits the store every weekend.
I had been charged on my ICICI Debit card which initially the salesman said did not worked during card swipe and later my wife Sayali Shenwai's made the payments from her HDFC Debit Card for the same transaction for same amount of 2461.60.

As soon as I received and saw the sms from ICICI for my a/c being debited I reported the same within half an hour on 24th July in the store and was asked by Counter agent there to submit the statements which I did and the mail was marked to you.

We have been following up with store management and Juwel Dasgupta since almost a month now with no response from your side. I am really very upset about this.
Kindly address the issue and credit back my ICICI savings A/C no 003901580944 for the amount of Rs.2461.60 asap.

Attaching the monthly statement from ICICI and HDFC for transaction reflecting 24th july in HDFC statement and 25th July in ICICI Statement as per End of Business a/c debited time and date.Please let me know if you have any further queries and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Greetings

I would like to share it with you that I am an esteemed customer of the retail chain opened by you by the name of Reliance Fresh. It is a one stop shop for me. But in the recent past shopping there has been a headache. Despite there been four billing counters established by you most of the time only one counter is working. I have written a complaint earlier in the complaint book available in the store but things have not changed. When being asked why only one counter is working we get answer in very brusque manner that other counters will not be opened despite there being a long line of customers standing for billing. 
Earlier when we asked the manager for this he used to resolve this problem but now he turns a deaf ear to our complaint. I cannot tell you the names of the persons working there as they do not wear their name tags but whatever information I can provide you I am providing it below:

I apologize for writing to you so late but I am writing with a hope that you will resolve this problem so that I can go to shop there.

Thanks for your immediate reply.

I went to the r/f outlet at Kharghar today by 19:00 hrs with the disputed product.  I asked the billing counter staff to bill for the disputed product.  It is still showing Rs.164/- for the item  which has an MRP of 146/-.

It is very unfortunate, no step was taken though I wrote to you on 04/08/2011 despite  we are advanced in communication system.  This could have been brought to the concerned official of that outlet , even if you are not with reliance fresh.

Just realise, the outlet has been selling the item with increased price of Rs.18/- for the last 8 days (as far as I know).  I got the refund.  But getting the refund is not my objective.

I expected on 04th August that I had written to the top level executive and it would get rectified on that day itself.  But, nothing happened.  Still  they are selling the product with increased price of Rs.18/-.

I would have appreciated an early action.  General public expect prompt response from the corporate.

I remain waiting for your reply and an apology from the stock incharge at Kharghar.

I had purchased items from your reliance store on two occasions.                                 (Kalyan- Landmark : Purnima Talkies)

There was only one single line to make payment as other counters were not operating.

This is obviously a cause for inconvenience.

The price tag for item such as oil 15 litre was not there and nobody bothered to give prompt response.

The response to customer is lacklustre.(I had to buy the item from local store.)

The behaviour/approach of inexperienced and untrained new staff is also questionable.

The item bought are not provided with home delivery although it is indicated that home delivery being free on the slip which is attached for your perusal.

Tell me the criteria for home delivery as I would like you to refer the amount and weight aspect of items involved.

What is your expectation from your customers in this regard i.e. to buy and carry off these items without any sort of help from your end.?

The 25 kg rice purchased did not had the desired tag and the tag provided did not materialised.So,again I had to be in line for that particular item notwithstanding the makeshift arrangement of 5 times the tag being processed as indicated in the bill attached.

Note : At any given point of time,the local supermarket is far better in all aspect.

There are lapses in your service.

Take necessary steps as Reliance Fresh is a customer driven product of Reliance.

Revert.
