Wrong Billing

Dear Sir,

I have lodged complaints in Reliancefresh store Hasanpur I.P.Extn, but no body is responding. They are charging more than MRP : bread packet of MRP Rs.16.00 in Delhi has been charged Rs 18.00 today also. Complaint has been lodged in register earlier also but no reply has been received, it seems no body is there for complaint handling ; Todays bill details: C4852       040  9:57:48  4SEPT2011   S02856    R002                PRIIIMWHTRGLSCBD400     AMOUNT 18.00     WHREAS MRP IN DELHI Rs. 16.00 ONLY
