Dear Sir / Madam
The shopping experience at Reliance Fresh is always exhilarating,
barring minor nuance some days, which actually spoil the entire
experience of the event.
At Chunabhatti, Tehsil Huzur, Bhopal, outlet , the transaction
mentioned in the subject line was initiated. The terminal at which it
was done, I was informed does not accept the credit card. Ironically,
the monitor facing the customer had all the tags of welcoming master
card/ visa card.
When, I insisted on making the payment through the card, the card was
then taken to the back end office for swiping. A gentleman named Mr.
Khan and a lady Personnel of kolar , Bhopal ( and so I was told )
outlet , were present and went in as well.
It took about 10-15 mnts, for me to reliase that , the card should be
swiped in my presence , as handing over the card, is in the donts of
the issuer of the bank, to avoid misuse. When I approached the back
office, immediately the card was swiped and receipt generated.
This does raise the suspicion , in the mind of the reason of the
delay, and not walking the talk, as acclaimed through wall postings.
I am raising this issue , as when all your terminals are now automated
through your internal severs, why the terminals welcoming with the
tags of Mastercard / Visacard not accept the payment option of card.
I have been patronizing the various vectors of RIL, and thus feel
obliged to input my feedback. Kindly treat this as an expression of
interest.
