Fwd: Customer Complaint

Dear Sir/madam,

 

I, vidhyabhushan pandey one of the frequent visitor in reliance fresh store for daily needs.

 

I would like to ask from the management, during my card swap for my purchases your people swaps it twice, one for receiving money and another for recoding my card number.

 

I would like to understand why this., means what is the need of recording my card number with you.

 

I stays in hotels very frequently but they don't record my card number they just swaps and receives money.

 

Pls, answer me.
