Respected Admin support team,
As iam informing this due to one among all who loves to shop at RF, the reasons are so many when compare to other retailers. Lets note my complaint, I have heard that customer service provided at avadi RF was worst,i thought truthless, but yesterday the way they treated me shows, how worst they are, that guy was Mr. Rajesh (Fat,Black guy). Now i explain the whole thing, usually i used to shop with my RF bags which i got in my last purchase, i try to use the same for maximum (to reduce plastic usage), but yesterday i stopped by the security person saying that, bags are not allowed. Then i contacted Mr.Rajesh, and i explained my practice and i told, ok i keep the bag outside,after billing you just allow me to use that bag, but he replied immediately "if you needs to shop, shop otherwise go out". Dame sure i will not shop and promote avadi RF unless i got a replay for this. I don't know how you treat this mail, as a common man i did.

We are residing in Chiragh Delhi, New Delhi. We are the regular visitor of Reliance Fresh Store at Savitri Nagar, Near Malviya Nagar, New Delhi On 10th May 2011 my husband visited Reliance store to buy refined oil and other household items. When he had purchased the goods and return back the guard misbehaved with my husband as don't put the basket on stairs and remove from there and he told him wait a moment I am managing the goods in my car. But he has not listened and misbehaved with my husband and when my husband asked for the manager the guard and sales person argued with him and told him to "YOU ARE A GOONDA and YOU HAD DRUNK". The all reliance staff and guards has not single penny courtesy how to treat the customers.

I want to take action like these peoples. Pl. save us from like these peoples.

Dear Customer Care Officer,

I bought a Mortein make mosquito repellent consisting of the machine and
the refill pack for Rs 52/= from the Reliance Fresh outlet located at Syed
Village, Delhi, at 3:45pm on 08 May 2011n (receipt no. C2299 #0103 dated
08 May 2011).

Around six pm, when I wanted to use it, I plugged it and within two
minutes, I found the bottle leaking. I immediately took it back to the
outlet. However, the Manager of the outlet Mr. Tyagi refused to replace
the pack. However, he kept the machine as well as the refill in his
possession.

I AM VERY SURE THAT THE PACK GIVEN TO USE WAS FAKE, I NEVER HAD SUCH BAD
PERFORMANCE IN PAST FROM MORTEIN.

I therefore request you to immediately compensate us and return back Rs
52/=. If I do not hear from your side within two days, I will lodge formal
complaint with consumer cell and take legal action.

I look forward to quick resolution of the complaint.

I already sent Fax and complent letter with the customer care number (022-41412934) but no response.

I dont know what is happening either its the fault with Reliance Fresh or ICICI, but I am not getting the refund and its more then a month now.

The charge back leads to either of the two results:

I am a resident of Ghorpadi and on 30/04/2011 I had purchased various items from the Reliance Fresh outlet at BT Kawade Rd. At the time of payment I had handed over my HDFC Debit card to the assistant who after swiping the card thrice told me that the machine was not working and I should pay cash instead. Accordingly I paid the sum of Rs.386.50 and collected my items. On checking mail the next day I was surprised to find an e mail alert from my Bankers (HDFC) informing me that the sum of Rs.386.50       has been debited to my Account. The next day I went across and met the Supervisor on duty, Mr. Harish and explained to him about the double payment and accordingly handed over the Cash Memo – Retail Invoice along with a copy of the e mail alert. I was advised to produce a copy of my Bank statement which I did on 4/5/2011 when I was assured that the refund would be made within 24 hours. This morning (6/5/2011 @ 1200 noon), I met Vikas Huddekar who has rudely informed me that the refund can only be made after 45 days. Reliance is cheating the public and this is unacceptable and disgusting. It is time the extremely bad service from Reliance Fresh and the poor quality of products is highlighted in the media – T.M.MATHEWS - 9823243109

It has been 36 days past, but I still didn't get any reply from Reliance side, I called customer care again (On 05-May-2011-@ 11:55 AM) and had word with Mr. Sandeep Upadhaya, he had same answer again that issue will be escalated on priority basis and this time I would surely get call from Reliance Admin for my complaint # 731482 which was raised on 31-Mar-2011.

It's really ridiculous that Customer Keep on calling to Customer Care and they don't get any response, very much ridiculous !!!!!!  I need update on this.

My Name is Avinash Kumar, I am the regular customer of Reliance Fresh (Card No - 2266 1112 0043 2532), I had a very worst experience in Reliance Fresh, Pandav Nagar, Delhi Store (Store No - S02643). Today after shopping(Bill Number is C3960 #0349), I asked Store Staff for *Free Home Delivery but they tried to manipulate me that "Reliance Fresh has stopped Home Delivery", I told them if it is written on Bill so I should be given "Free Home Delivery, but they totally denied from giving the service, instead of that, they tried to shout and mentally harassed, Sunil Singh (Employee NO - 53001649) and other employees misbehaved over this and shouted as if he is some type of Goon,  it happened lot of time earlier. I noticed, they try to misbehave with other customer as well who is uneducated or from urban area.
 
 
I registered a Complaint NO # 731482 on Reliance Fresh Customer Care Number, if no action is taken within given time period(7 days),  I would go to consumer court and will file a complainst against Store for Mentally Harassment of customers, Misbehaving by staff members and cheating, unhygenic Food products and Expired Food Products & consumer goods(I have noticed, this store having lot of Expired Foods as well and which they sell at discount price).
 
 
Please let me know about the actions if taken.

1.  sum days before on 25th JAN, 2011. I purchashed one DABUR AMLA HAIR OIL it is Printed MRP- 34:00 on the sticker, which is pested on the bottle. But when i purchased in your Shop Branch at Valsarvakkam 2 , I pay 38:00 Rupees. Bill no. #0123 Date 25th JAN, 2011 at 20.07 hrs,   C3694. 
 
2. Now today i purchased Orange (Rate 75 INR / kg.) Next (Offer Price displayed on Vertical Board 37:50 INR / kg.)
 I purchased 0.390 Grams, as per your offer price i feel 15.00 appro. But your Executive charged 75:00/ kg.
 
I CAN SHOW ALL THE BILLS WHEN YOU REQUIRED FOR JUSTIFICATION.
 
When I tell him, why you taking more money. I don't know his name. HE TOLD " BILL IS WRONG, YOU TAKE MORE QUANTITY. When  i refuse to take more quantity, he taken orange from my hand and threate there is NO orange for you Bill no. - #0282, 30th Apr, 2011at 20:02 hrs. c1014.
 
and one person he was standing on main gate look like as manager "he told me by FORCELY there is no need customer as like you, and don't try to come here again and abuse me. It is right ?.  
 
Conclusion:- I feel how many customers come here and pay more money and listen his wrong statement and pay more money and quarel with him.
 
it is requested please clear it.and take necessery action, and inform me.

Today I went to your store located in Sector 20 Panchkula
and tried to purchase some items and keep on the items after selection on the desk of biller as there was no other person to help.  When I completed my selection and asked the biller to billed the items she told that some items kept there has already billed C 1112 No:0300 and demanded the amount of Rs.103/- but I told her that I have to pay for the whole items through credit card only and I have also to get entered my membership card to get the bonus point as I am the regular purchaser from the reliance stores.  She insisted that the bill has already been issued hence it cannot be cancelled. In the mean times the person sitting on the security counter has interfered and asked me that it is your mistake that why you have placed the items on the counter and it must be billed.  His behavior is not desirable at all from the such a big chain of stores and I was told that his name is Rahul.  I asked him to call the manage of store to solve the problem than it was told that he is taking a lunch and will be available within fifteen minutes after completing his lunch and I have to wait. but I went to the Manager in his room who has kind enough to come out by leaving his lunch and tried to resolve the problem and get issued another bill for remaining items vide No; 0304 on which my card number has been punched and payment made through credit card and for other bill I have to pay for cash and also deprived of the bonus points as the member ship card was not punched. Please look into the matter so that customers may not be treated like this
