My Name is Avinash Kumar, I am the regular customer of Reliance Fresh (Card No - 2266 1112 0043 2532), I had a very worst experience in Reliance Fresh, Pandav Nagar, Delhi Store (Store No - S02643). Today after shopping(Bill Number is C3960 #0349), I asked Store Staff for *Free Home Delivery but they tried to manipulate me that "Reliance Fresh has stopped Home Delivery", I told them if it is written on Bill so I should be given "Free Home Delivery, but they totally denied from giving the service, instead of that, they tried to shout and mentally harassed, Sunil Singh (Employee NO - 53001649) and other employees misbehaved over this and shouted as if he is some type of Goon,  it happened lot of time earlier. I noticed, they try to misbehave with other customer as well who is uneducated or from urban area.
 
 
I registered a Complaint NO # 731482 on Reliance Fresh Customer Care Number, if no action is taken within given time period(7 days),  I would go to consumer court and will file a complainst against Store for Mentally Harassment of customers, Misbehaving by staff members and cheating, unhygenic Food products and Expired Food Products & consumer goods(I have noticed, this store having lot of Expired Foods as well and which they sell at discount price).
 
 
Please let me know about the actions if taken.

The Reliance Fresh store at Dhole Patil Road Pune provides horrible customer service. Regularly every evening only 2 counters are open when it is peak hours. I t takes so long just to get the billing done. The store is always dirty. The staff is not helpful. On Saturday even the a/c was not working in the heat. I regularly go there but seeing the srevice that I get I am going to rethink and start going to another store.

This is not the first time that such a thing has happened. I have been charged more than the MRP printed on a product a number of times. If one visits various consumer related websites one would come across a large number of similar complaints. It seems the Ambani's are building their empires by indulging in such practices and not providing any resolution to the customers for their grievances / complaints.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

I am a frequent and regular customer of your esteemed store. I came to know long back about the membership card of the store. I applied for it and temporary card was issued to me in June 2010.

I was told that permanent card will be issued and courried within aprox 20 days.

But I never received the card and contacted the customer care to know the status. Customer care executive told me to contact the reliance store and submit the new form along with linking card.

After submitting the new form along with linking I got another temporary card bearing number 2266111337742175. Again i contacted to customer care after month for the status of my membership card.  Again I got same story "contact to store and submit new form along with linking card".

I did it and got new temporary card bearing number 2266111336881024. Again now when I contacted customer care they asked me to send a mail to this id.

I don't know what the status as of today is. Please let me know the status at the earliest.

 

I am very much sure that reliance will never like to treat their regular customers like this.

i am writing this mail to draw your attention towards what your staffs are doing in the stores at mahipalpur,newdelhi.they are just misbehaving the customers.inside the store sometime some staffs are very busy in singing vulgar songs ,kidding with each other.i dont think that it is a safe place for the women.on 17th march,around 4p.m i went the store allong with my baby and my friend.my baby is 1years old.she was chewing a toffe,and also holding one.one guy was sitting near the door,and the guard was standing there.the guy told me to put that toffe outside ,then i did so.when i was about to enter the store,he again told me,you cant enter the store until your baby finish eating toffe.his statements was,you stand here when she will finish eating  the toffee then only you can enter the store.he told me  very rudely.is it the proper way to deal with the customers...........if you have such rules then it is very ridiculus.
 
i will never do any shopping from reliance fresh.it is very shamefull that your staffs dont know how to behave,and im astonished on which basis you are appointing the staffs.
 
i must write a blog on this to create awareness regarding this.atleast among the ladies residing in mahipalpur.and who knows this may be the scenario of all stores.
 
 
i want to draw your attention regarding some points:
 
 
1.very lazy staffs at billing counters.
2. unproffessionals.
3.most of the vegetables are not fresh,and also rotten.
4,the offers that is mentioned some time may not be availed at the time of billing.
5.some products are covered under the layers of dust.
6.the staffs who are present inside the store ,are really ill mannered and uncivilised.
7.most of the time only one billing counter is open.and the staff is also miissing some time.
 
 
any way.i must say it is a very bad experience of shopping at reliance fresh.

I am Sujit Manohar Sakalkale, customer of Reliance Fresh (Card No - 2266111337689830).

I have made the Purchase of Rs 470 on 19th Feb 2011 from Paud Road Reliance Fresh.

For this i have swiped my ICICI debit card. Mentioned amount was debited from my account but not reflected to Reliance.

So i have given cash of Rs 470 considering that i would get my Rs 470 back from Reliance (Debit Card Swipe).

Its almost a month now, yet i haven't received swiped amount back.

And none of Reliance Fresh Employee from Paud road giving proper feedback.

I have paid Rs 940 for purchase of Rs 470.

I have also conformed from the ICICI branch that amount was debited from my account.

I kindly request you to Please look into this matter.

I am regular customer of reliance fresh, i used to visit reliance fresh located at galaxi chowk at naroda in ahmedabad, gujarat.
 
Before 2-3 weeks i have asked for membership card at the customer help desk, that time a guy was sitting there named BHAVESH who have asked for RS. 200 for membership card, & told me to collect doqument after a week.
 
So after a week when i went for the same, the MANAGER was sitting there & he told me that there is no charge for the membership card, he must have collected money for some insurance schemes. so when i have asked for BHAVESH who made me FOOL and gave me that scheme, he was not responding even if i have tried for 5 to 6 times.
 
Finally last saturday i mat him & ask for clearence at that time he told me that he has told me early for this, & he was talking without any respect to me.
 
now i hope befor i take any further action myself you will take some appropriate action and sort out the problem.

I have a sound buisness proposal to make for marketing of reliance fresh stores at the micro level i.e to reach the consumer at the doorsteps.
 
I have experimented with  a model of targetting consumers living in house hold societies in I.P. ext area of Delhi supplying them fresh vegetables and fruits for a period of three  months . In this model , i had an arrangement with 16 house hold societies of an average 200 flats each i.e 3200 households to whom I used to supply vegetables and fruits  . But due to lack of funds and infrastructure I had to wind this up.
 
It is my sound belief that if given a chance I can replicate this buisness model all over India with support from your esteemed organization . I am enclosing my resume and hoping to hear from you soon to give further details about this project .

I am living in New Friends Colony, New Delhi and Reliancefresh has a store in this area at 4&4 A, Taimoor Nagar, New Delhi. I am regular customer of RelianceFresh.  Yesterday, i.e. on 06th March,2011 in the evening I purchased DairyLife Dahi (a product of Reliancefresh itself) from this store bearing No. A11060AFX26/PKD:01/03/2011 BEST BEFORE 16/03/2011 but when we ate it we found it smelling stale and soar.  When today again I went to purchase some other products at this store, I happened to find Mr. Arun, Manager, present there.  I thought it my duty to bring it to his notice.  He asked me to send the Dahi to him to check it.  When I came back to my house, I immediately sent the Dahi to him through my maid.  But I was surprised to find absolute change in the behaviour of Mr. Arun. He agreed that though the dahi is smelling bad and soar, since he has not received complaint from other consumers, he cannot do anything. I talked to him on phone and  tried to explain to him that how he can expect all the consumers to come to complain and that my only submission is that since I hold RelianceFresh in high esteem, stale products should not be sold from its stores. I requested him to atleast keep the product to investigate but he was unpurturbed.  I had expected responsible behaviour from an Incharge of RelianceFresh.

I am sure somebody there in RelianceFresh will look into it.

I called the ICICI customer care and placed a request (Request Number: SR16944419).  First I was given a date of 10 th Feb for refund and then it got postponed to 23rd Feb but till now no refund.

Secondly I got a call from a lady named Anuradha from Card Dispute department asking to send a letter regarding the same. She gave me an email id which is not working (customerdispute@icicibank.com) and moreover the number she called me is also not working 02241412879.

I already shared the letter with the customer care but no response.

I called the Customer Care on 2nd March, 2011 and I was told that they have received the fax and has processed the same and now I have received an email from 
Nagarjuna (Account Manager, ICICI Bank) that they have not received the fax and has asked to resend it again.

I dont know what is happening either its the fault with Reliance Fresh or ICICI, but I am not getting the refund and its more then a month now.

At dated on 05-03-11 time 7.15pm i purchase some goods from this store and payment can done by my debit card-HDFC.The bill details are C9159 #0135.Bill value 737.64.
But at time of swipe store keeper swipe two times I warn him don't do like that but he answer at first time system not recognize so I can do it.You don't worry the amount will debit only one time.
Next day I check my account and found two times amount will be debited my account.
I collect Bank statement and went to Khoi Fiza store and complaint to Store In charge Ramkumar Dubey,Cell no:9977668834.He check 05-03-11 sales report and answer in our billing have only one amount 737.64 has been credited.
 But finally From my account two times swipe so please do necessary en query and retun back my lose amount.

This we have changed because only in reliance fresh the sodexo meal pass are accepted for certain items else where there are no such restrictions. we suggest you to remove the restriction in reliance fresh so that we all can return back to Reliance fresh.

india.atpresent im putting up in ludhiana..since last 8 months iv been

customer at reliance fresh store located on Damoria pull road..theres no
doubt that the quality of relaince Milk is unmatchable n i daily visit there
in early morning hours ..Sir i would not have written you this letter..but
today something really inspired me to tell you all that happened there.Sir.I
too have brothers who are mangers in FMCG.n i know how much pain n target
 pressure they undergo during a year.Thas why i felt hurt today to see how a
single person can create a negative impression n image about a company and
ultimately whos at loss?.all the blame si put on my brothers n sisters who
play the role of a managers....Today when after buying my grocery i paid the
bill the cashier gave me  a10 rs note.it was not in good condition.i humbly
requested him to change t.n i dont understand his reaction till now..He
bluntly replied"madam mai note change nahi karuga.apki marzi hai to samaan
lo varna vapis rakh jao".Now you can very well understand how much business
you ll be able to put with such humble salesman!Sir my daily purchase from
Your store is almost 100rs..it means 36500in a year.its not a big amount for
you n me..but for a company every single penny is valuable..I can and have
bear the loss of 10 rs..no issues.I just thot it my duty to tell you all
thas happening there..Rest is upto you how to tackle the matter..Its just
for you information that i asked the store mangers name from guard..N wat he
informed me is that his name is Sunil..but he dint give me his
number..optherwise i would have informed him.

 In contineauation to my yesteday's message, I would like to inform you that today there were 20 customers standing on the Reliance Fresh Signature store at Mahlaxmi, Mumbai up to 09.07AM. Store Incharge was stopping them to entered. However, the group waited for 7 minutes and then lost its patience at 09.07AM and entered the store without waiting any more. My request is to take immediate action in the matter to ensure that stores opens on time at 09.00AM sharp from tomorrow. Please inform action in the matter on priority.

Dear Sir,

The opening time for the Reliance Fresh Store just opposite to Mahalaxmi Temple, Mumbai is 9.00AM. Today I was there at 9.00AM sharp to get my milk supply which I regularly collect from this store. To my amazement the store people said that they are still cleaning the store it may take another 15-20 minutes. The reply was very casual. Many customers were waiting out side the store. However, the staff was very arrogant in replying the queries and not apologetic while replying. Hope you will take a note of this complaint and ensure that referred store opens on time in future. Kindly reply action in the matter.
