The Reliance Fresh store at Dhole Patil Road Pune provides horrible customer service. Regularly every evening only 2 counters are open when it is peak hours. I t takes so long just to get the billing done. The store is always dirty. The staff is not helpful. On Saturday even the a/c was not working in the heat. I regularly go there but seeing the srevice that I get I am going to rethink and start going to another store. Sanjana |
