Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice the issue with my ICICI debit card.

A double transaction of amount 1197.94 was debited from my account on 30th Jan, 2011 while shopping at reliance fresh outlet. I called the ICICI customer care and placed a request (Request Number: SR16944419).  First I was given a date of 10 th Feb for refund and then it got postponed to 23rd Feb but till now no refund.

Secondly I got a call from a lady named Anuradha from Card Dispute department asking to send a letter regarding the same. She gave me an email id which is not working (customerdispute@icicibank.com) and moreover the number she called me is also not working 02241412879.

I already shared the letter with the customer care but no response.

I called the Customer Care on 2nd March, 2011 and I was told that they have received the fax and has processed the same and now I have received an email from
Nagarjuna (Account Manager, ICICI Bank) that they have not received the fax and has asked to resend it again.

I dont know what is happening either its the fault with Reliance Fresh or ICICI, but I am not getting the refund and its more then a month now.

Regards,
Sasmita
