Subject: COMPLAINT AGAINST RELIANCE INDUSTRIES / RELIANCE FRESH FOR CHARGING MORE THAN THE MRP PRINTED ON MC CAIN POTATO BITES
It is regretted that there has been no response or even an acknowledgement to my complaint dated March 06, 2011 regarding charging more than the MRP printed on a product detailed below at the Reliance Fresh store in Mohali.
Reliance Fresh has not got any license to charge more than the MRP printed on any product. But Reliance Fresh has been indulging in this malpractice/ cheating repeatedly.
In case no reply is received by Monday, March 28, 2011 I will be free to take legal action against Reliance Fresh / Reliance Industries Ltd for charging more than the MRP printed on the product.

It is regretted that Reliance Industries does not have any contact link on its website to have any interaction with customers and stake holders of different companies of the Mukesh Ambani led empire.
The biggest problem at Reliance Fresh Ltd stores is that they charge more than the MRP printed on a product.
Today I purchased McCain Potato Bites from Reliance Fresh Ltd., SCO No. 62-63-64, Phase VII, Mohali, Punjab vide bill No C4657/#0088 dated 18.01.31,
I was charged Rs 69/- for the product on which the MRP is Rs 59/-. (M26/11/10, B 11:18)
The worst part is that there is no response on the telephone no 01725096655 printed on the bill.
This is not the first time that such a thing has happened. I have been charged more than the MRP printed on a product a number of times. If one visits various consumer related websites one would come across a large number of similar complaints. It seems the Ambani's are building their empires by indulging in such practices and not providing any resolution to the customers for their grievances / complaints.
