My self Mrs. Anjali Paras Doshi, a housewife, regular customer of reliance fresh , rajkot at 150 ft. ring road, is dissatisfied with the rude behaviour of Mr. Hitesh Gotecha, may be your rajkot branch manager, with some grudges towards loyal customer.
If you want to retain me as customer then please ask Mr. Hitesh Gotecha , the case with me and sort out the same at your earliest.
As a retail customer I can buy the things required at other places also with same features you are giving in your chain store.
