Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice the issue with my ICICI debit card.

A double transaction of amounts(
 
1 04/04/2011  MPS/RELIANCE TR/20110404014042/0  DR  INR 3,196.00
2 04/04/2011  MPS/RELIANCE TR/20110404014010/0  DR  INR 3,196.00
)
 
 3196 /-  was debited from my account on 04th April, 2011 while shopping at reliance outlet, VIZAG CMR . I called the ICICI customer care and placed a request. he said with 10 working day we resolved this issue ,but till now no refund.

I already sent Fax and complent letter with the customer care number (022-41412934) but no response.

I dont know what is happening either its the fault with Reliance Fresh or ICICI, but I am not getting the refund and its more then a month now.

Dear Mr. Vayalapali,

We request you to fax us a signed (signature should match the one in our records) complaint letter at 022-41412934.

Once we receive the letter, we will request the merchant to provide the charge slip pertaining to the transaction. If we do not get the charge slip from the merchant, we seek help from Visa and raise a  'chargeback' on the disputed transaction. The dispute process for 'chargeback' takes 45 days and is guided by Visa.
The charge back leads to either of the two results:
The dispute is settled in favour of the customer - this means that the customer's Savings Account gets credited.
The dispute is settled in favour of the bank - this means that the charge is payable by the customer and documented proof will be provided by the acquiring bank.
The resolution will be completed within 16 weeks.

We look forward to your co-operation.

i have purchased items in Reliance Trenads in vizag CMR central. Ref number(109407100481), 3196/ Only , but in my Transaction Credited in 2 times . how it's possible. plese rectify the issue ASAP.
