           Sub:- complaint on poor sense of customer care and service....for immediate action and correction


           I am a reliance fresh retail customer with RelianceOne Card Id no. 6048 6310 1218 9141 and generated business for you to the tune of several lakhes.

         Yesterday on 23/8/11 at around 6.30 pm, I purchased 25 kg bag of ASHIRVAD RICE, for an amount of Rs.799/- (bill amount totaling Rs.950.90/-) in the following retail outlet,

          I had written my house address and phone number on the reverse side of the paid copy of the bill for free home delivery of the rice bag as requested by Mr.Bupathy the supervisor/in-charge and handed over to him. Mr.Bupathy inturn entrusted the work of home delivery to Mr.Samy, security of the outlet and given me a confirmation and assurance that the rice bag would be delivered to my house, on the same day i.e. 23/8/11 before 8.30 pm.

          Since I didn't receive the delivery as assured, I reminded Mr.Bupathy around 8.45 pm and also at 9.15 pm who in turn assured me that he had given instructions concerned person and
Mr.Samy, security and it would be delivered at any cost before 10.00 pm of 23/8/11.

          Alas, till date 24/8/11 and time it is not yet delivered to my address and nobody from your store had concern or mind to phone up me and explain why it was not delivered at the right time and what is the status of the delivery, thus leaving me in lurk.

          I really got frustrated and this is one example to show you as to how your people behave and respond to the customer need and urgency.


          Peak of all the security Mr.Samy is behaving whimsically in an attrocious manner on the context of checking the bill and causing excess delay to the customers, which was brought to your store  supervisor/in-charge several occasions and in vain.

          Kindly take this complaint seriously and render justice and also see that things should change in the near future for the betterment of your business, or else you may have to lose your customer base for silly reasons.
