sir,

i have visited your outlet at gr noida. your staff named Mr. sabrawal who was there to welcome customers but he was busy in insulting and humiliating them. He misbehave with me and fight with many others. when i asked other staff about him they informed me that this chap is a problem for all. i wud request you to please look into it.
