Dear All

I had visited reliance fresh store(Malviya Nagar, Jaipur) today morning to
purchase some daily use products. While getting the items billled the person on
the counter started behaving rudely when I complained about the second billing
counter lying vaccant despite heavy load of customer billing, he replied back
"YAHAN AISE HI HOTA HAI". It is higly disgraceful and shameful on the part of
such a big retail chain.

Kindly inform me about the corrective action you have taken to restore my lost
fainth in the store. You can get in touch with me on the number given below.
