Sir, I am a regular customer to Reliance fresh outlet at Dwarakanagar in Visakhapatnam. My wife who writes to the Hindu News paper has a shoppers card issued no 2266 1111 4843 0853 .The fire exit in the store is totally blocked with Rice bags and other stuff. I brought the fact to the notice of the management twice through the complaints and suggestions book but no action has been taken. Attendents replied that they do not have the space to stock the rice bags hence blocked the Fire Exit. I kindly request you either to remove the FIRE EXIT BOARD or clear the blockade in the interest of public safety so as not to confuse them in case of emergency. My sincere request is DO NOT MAKE A MOCKERY OF THE FIRE EXIT CONCEPT.Being a Petrol Pump owner i was well versed with fire safety rules and regulations.
