Please make arrangements to revert the incorrectly debited amount of Rs.1262.74 dated 18-April-2011, to my account immediately in relation to my ICICI Bank Savings Account No.603301511984, vide debit Card no.4181 5760 3301 9185.
 
Its none of my fault.  Who asked you to swipe the card for twice instead of swiping it for one time.  How can the Reliance Fresh claim the amount of money which was not been authorised by me.
 
Its not good for you to disconnect the call repeatedly, while I call you at your above mentioned landline phone.

Yesterday, I have made a single debit card purchase of Rs.1,264.74 in relation to my ICICI Bank Savings Account No.603301511984, vide debit Card no.4181 5760 3301 9185 at the Reliance Fresh Outlet, Thandeeswaran Nagar, Velachery, Chennai.
 
The red coloured transaction as Sr.No.2 with the description VPS/RELIANCE FR/20110417190538/0 is incorrect.

I have called over the Reliance Fresh contact Landline phone no.044-43036753 for several times, where it is ringing and no response.
 
Rectify immediately.
