Sir,

I want to share my experience with your store. On 3.7.2008 i went to
your store in sector 22-B, chandigarh for shopping. It was being
announced that there is discount of Rs.2/- on every packet of packed
milk on MRP. alongwith other items I bought 4 packets of 500ml verka
milk and was billed Rs.7/- each against MRP Rs.9/- vide cash memo
bearingC1005 #0211 SO2152 R001 at time 19.17:15.Thereafter i again
went to store after a hour or so as I required some other articles and
milk.  The same announcement of discount on certain items was being
made and I bought 30 packets of milk but when the same was billed vide
cash memo no C1007 #0134 SO2152 R002 at time 20:52:57 I was astonished
to note that no discount was given on MRP. On enquiry the executive
told that some phone has come from headoffice and discount has been
discontineued but no such announcement was made.This is cheating with
the consumer but before taking other recourse i thought it proper to
bring this to the knowledge of your company.  Please reply to my
representation at the earliest failing which i will take further
action by highlighting this issue in the media as it concerns with the
rights of the consumers and i dont want such things to reoccur.
