Dear Shri  Prashant Waghe

I had purchase the L G make Micro wave  oven  on 17th Aug. 08 from Reliance Super Bharuch Gujarat vide invoice C1006 and gave my address. I WROTE THE ADDRESS WITH MY OWN HAND WRITING  in their register and counter salesman informed that it will be commissioned with necessary demonstration at your place within maximum two days time. I asked the contact no of LG service engr. saying  that in case he does not turn up I can contact. But he did not gave the contact no .of service Engineer. Ann now real trouble start..... It is surprising  that even after  7 days  reliance could not managed to commission the appliance/MW oven. Upon checking with the Brach manager Mr. Murli, he said that my address is not available with them and hence they  could not send service Engineer. I told that it is already written in their register but was not ready to believe. And still it has been not commissioned bi the Great Reliance. I fail to understand how professional organization like reliance tolerating a manager like Mr. Murli. Who is in real sense the Damager and not the Manager.
