Dear sir,

Iam a student pursuing management course in Greater Noida. Iam bringing this incident before you because i think its a waste to blabber in the customer complaint forum.Moreover its

important for both of us.

Mr.Atul,who was never asked for any suggession and who is the ADM in the apparel secion, misbehaved with me during the purchase of a deodrant."Cant you see the 'DO NOT SPRAY' Sign

Board?"was his rude statement when queried for a sample from the salesman.When replied back that the customer rarely looks for a sign board but the product,the gentleman was too rude to

state that,"ITS CUSTOMER's BLUNDER TO AVOID HE SIGNBOARDS".But we are taught that customer is the king ,completely opposite to what  Mr. ADM described.
