Dear sir
Today on 1 April we visited your hamara bazar bhayandar store . we are surprised and shocked by the behaviour
of your staff with a lady customer.our bill no2158 #0266 time 20.52.18 .Amt 964.70
We purchased about 13 things . But your staff misguided us and they shouted on us .We requested several times to help us & guide us , but one of your lady staff's behaviour was very bad,who did'nt give her name.
Is this is a Quality service by a reputed store like Reliance. If this is the Quality then we have to think twice while entering the store.
