Dear Sir,
 
We are writing this mail from Chennai. We are doing all our shopping in Reliance one shop from August 2007. We have initially been allotted a Temporary membership card bearing no:2266111124716021. As an average we are buying goods around 15 to 20,000 / month thro your various outlets.
 
We have been promised that we will be getting a permanent card within 3 to 6 months time from the date of issuance of temporary card. 
 
In the month of December 2007 the shop manager asked us to submit our temporary card to get a permanent member card. Then upon subsequent follow-up with them they said that they have lost our temporary card and all the points collected thro those months also been lost due to the technical problem in the shop computer system. we deeply upset about this issue and also understood that such initial teething problem might occur during the launch of new outlet in Chennai.
 
Reliance has issued another temporary membership card bearing no:- 2266 1111 7379 1559.in the month of December 2007. We are using this temp card and start collecting our points. Whenever we inquire about our permanent membership card the shop in charge always states that they do not get any answer from reliance head office in Bombay.
 
We came to an end to approach you to kindly take necessary action to issue us a permanent card , so that we do not once again loose our valuable shopping points.
 
Your utmost action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
