dear sir/mam,
I am NIYAZ V I from kerala working in aditya birla sunlife co.this mail is to notify about the rude behaviour of your manager in your reliance fresh store located at chalakudy,trissur,kerala.
i bought kellogs wheat flakes from your store,later i noticed that it will get expired with in 41 days,so i approached the manager with the respective bill,but he argued with me and abused me really and he even said i am not paying his salary.only atlast they changed it after 20 minutes argument.i am staying in cochin now and also a regular customer of reliance fresh at oberon mall cochin,but their management never behaved like this.i never expected such misbehave from ur side,since it is a reputed company and my company taught how to behave to a customer not like in this manner.so please select efficient and pleasing persons since they represent your company.
