Mal practise happening at Your Reliance Fresh - Virar(West), Thane

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to bring in your kind attention that your virar west, thane outlet people are involved in mal practise. some of them do not hand over the prizes or offer/complementary products on purchase of certain amount. In my case when i visited the outlet on 5th of October, I saw that on minimum billing of rs.1199/_ one can have a knife set after paying just rs.20/_. However with utmost good faith we never check the bag before leaving the premises. when we checked it at home , we found that knife set was missing. my purchase was of rs.1440.52/_ .Today when we i spoke to your employee they refuse to entertain morever they blame me that i havnt purchased the kinds of aforesaid amount. They were very rude and abusive. After asking them about the concern person to be contacted i was told that no senior is available today. And i was suggested to find out your website and customer care no. to register the complain. This things happens very often and lot many people have been CHEATED so far.
Being a female i could not tolerate such an abusive,absurd laguage and rude response of your executives. Kindly proper train them on interpersonal skills. And look in to the issue asap.
I wil be sending this mail to all blogs,directors and all the senior personal of your organisation if did not get proper and prompt response from your side. I hope you being the concern authority and may be a senior and also a idle employee of your organisation will take this much pain to resolve this type of minor but detrimental for the Kind of Industry you are in to i.e. service industry. Kindly save my hard-earned money.
