I am one of your customers. Your recent move to charge for carry bags is appreciable, which is a step to reduce usage of plastics and thereby save the environment. However, I would like to suggest you the following :
When you are charging the round off figure (9.50 paise = 10.00) means 50 paise you are charging more and when a customer takes carry bag of Re.1.00 you should charge only 50 paise from the customer and not a rupee. Or you should pay back the 50 paise to the customer. You might be aware that lakhs of customers are ignoring this small amount which is a huge income of Relieance or the Sakes-Man. I understand that you are ignoring 49 paise but that is very rare. Hence I suggest you to either pay back the 50 paise or do not charge for a polypack costing Re.1/-

Rude behaviour of reliance fresh employees
Hi,
This is to bring to your kind notification that the senior as well as junior employee of the reliance fresh situated at chunabhatti(E) in mumbai, have now a days become very rude and rustic.
It happened like this, " The Safal green peas(200grm) bought by me from the reliance fresh was found to be rotten in the sealed pack, when I complained about this to the senior official present in the store, he started scolding me badly saying that i might have not handled properly, inspite of explaining him 10 times, he didnt aggred that the packet from the store was rotten, when i asked to check the batch nos and details in the "SAFAL PEAS" packet, he refused and said that they dont have facility of printing duplicate bill(since i didnt presumed the bill)"
I have presumed the copy of my swiped card with me, but he says that the details are not linked to the bill.
I never demanded the money back, i always wanted him to accept that it was store who mishandled it. There are nos of similar complaints of bearing rude behaviour of your employees,Kindly train them well so as to treat customer well. This is not only ruining "Reliance fresh" name but on the same ground loosing "Safal Peas" popularity, as all other brand of peas were properly handled in the store.
I request you to take an action on the above complaint, or sort it down to your earliest.

Recently I had purchased 20 kgs of basmati rice from your Reliance Fresh Store in Alkapuri, Vadodara. As four bags were difficult to carry, we had demanded bags from your staff at the store, but to our disgust, they told us that you have to pay a charge for the bags. Why???? You do not let us carry our own bags inside the store & you charge for the plastic bags you give us with the items we purchased!!! I request you to look into this matter.

Hi,
Can you please put me in touch with someone who can handle grievances? I want to register a complaint against your Model Town (Delhi) Reliance fresh store for selling stale products, being rude to customers and other irregularities.
I have tried earlier also to find out who would be the right person / forum to contact and register my complaint with, on the internet and on your bill, I could not find any details.
This is not the first time that I have faced a problem with this particular store. Their behavior is shocking.
I have all details with me- the Bill, the store manager's name etc.
If you cannot provide a name/number/Mail ID who can help me with my complaint, I will be reaching out to the consumer courts.

to buy some fresh apples
Hi, Good evening. I am Swathi from Hyderabad. On 2nd Sep i went to reliance fresh to buy some fresh apples. I liked it and took one kilo apples approximately worth Rs. 100/-. One of the employee told me that you have to buy the polythene cover also to carry out these apples. Rs. 2/- or Rs. 3/- is not a big matter of any one. Every one purchasing so many things from your fresh. Every one is ready to pay the amount whatever you mentioned in your stores. But no one is ready to buy the polythene covers from your stores. Just now i saw your web site and you people mentioned all the prices of vegetables etc. But no where mentioned about you are also charging to polythene covers separately. Being an ordinary citizen in India i think it is not correct to charging to polythene covers also. I do not see these prices for covers in other stores. Kindly consider or rethink. Dear Sir / Madam
The shopping experience at Reliance Fresh is always exhilarating,
barring minor nuance some days, which actually spoil the entire
experience of the event.
At Chunabhatti, Tehsil Huzur, Bhopal, outlet , the transaction
mentioned in the subject line was initiated. The terminal at which it
was done, I was informed does not accept the credit card. Ironically,
the monitor facing the customer had all the tags of welcoming master
card/ visa card.
When, I insisted on making the payment through the card, the card was
then taken to the back end office for swiping. A gentleman named Mr.
Khan and a lady Personnel of kolar , Bhopal ( and so I was told )
outlet , were present and went in as well.
It took about 10-15 mnts, for me to reliase that , the card should be
swiped in my presence , as handing over the card, is in the donts of
the issuer of the bank, to avoid misuse. When I approached the back
office, immediately the card was swiped and receipt generated.
This does raise the suspicion , in the mind of the reason of the
delay, and not walking the talk, as acclaimed through wall postings.
I am raising this issue , as when all your terminals are now automated
through your internal severs, why the terminals welcoming with the
tags of Mastercard / Visacard not accept the payment option of card.
I have been patronizing the various vectors of RIL, and thus feel
obliged to input my feedback. Kindly treat this as an expression of
interest.

I am a reliance fresh retail customer with RelianceOne Card Id no. 6048 6310 1218 9141 and generated business for you to the tune of several lakhes.
Yesterday on 23/8/11 at around 6.30 pm, I purchased 25 kg bag of ASHIRVAD RICE, for an amount of Rs.799/- (bill amount totaling Rs.950.90/-) in the following retail outlet,

Since I didn't receive the delivery as assured, I reminded Mr.Bupathy around 8.45 pm and also at 9.15 pm who in turn assured me that he had given instructions concerned person and Mr.Samy, security and it would be delivered at any cost before 10.00 pm of 23/8/11.
Alas, till date 24/8/11 and time it is not yet delivered to my address and nobody from your store had concern or mind to phone up me and explain why it was not delivered at the right time and what is the status of the delivery, thus leaving me in lurk.
I really got frustrated and this is one example to show you as to how your people behave and respond to the customer need and urgency.
Peak of all the security Mr.Samy is behaving whimsically in an attrocious manner on the context of checking the bill and causing excess delay to the customers, which was brought to your store supervisor/in-charge several occasions and in vain.
Kindly take this complaint seriously and render justice and also see that things should change in the near future for the betterment of your business, or else you may have to lose your customer base for silly reasons.
