I had purchased items from your reliance store on two occasions.                                 (Kalyan- Landmark : Purnima Talkies)

There was only one single line to make payment as other counters were not operating.

This is obviously a cause for inconvenience.

The price tag for item such as oil 15 litre was not there and nobody bothered to give prompt response.

The response to customer is lacklustre.(I had to buy the item from local store.)

The behaviour/approach of inexperienced and untrained new staff is also questionable.

The item bought are not provided with home delivery although it is indicated that home delivery being free on the slip which is attached for your perusal.

Tell me the criteria for home delivery as I would like you to refer the amount and weight aspect of items involved.

What is your expectation from your customers in this regard i.e. to buy and carry off these items without any sort of help from your end.?

The 25 kg rice purchased did not had the desired tag and the tag provided did not materialised.So,again I had to be in line for that particular item notwithstanding the makeshift arrangement of 5 times the tag being processed as indicated in the bill attached.

Note : At any given point of time,the local supermarket is far better in all aspect.

There are lapses in your service.

Take necessary steps as Reliance Fresh is a customer driven product of Reliance.

I am a very regular customer of Bavdhan Reliance Fresh who visits the store every weekend.
I had been charged on my ICICI Debit card which initially the salesman said did not worked during card swipe and later my wife Sayali Shenwai's made the payments from her HDFC Debit Card for the same transaction for same amount of 2461.60.

As soon as I received and saw the sms from ICICI for my a/c being debited I reported the same within half an hour on 24th July in the store and was asked by Counter agent there to submit the statements which I did and the mail was marked to you.

Our Customer id is 2266111338384746 and here are the details and attachments.

We have been following up with store management and Juwel Dasgupta since almost a month now with no response from your side. I am really very upset about this.
Kindly address the issue and credit back my ICICI savings A/C no 003901580944 for the amount of Rs.2461.60 asap.

Attaching the monthly statement from ICICI and HDFC for transaction reflecting 24th july in HDFC statement and 25th July in ICICI Statement as per End of Business a/c debited time and date.Please let me know if you have any further queries and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Greetings

I would like to share it with you that I am an esteemed customer of the retail chain opened by you by the name of Reliance Fresh. It is a one stop shop for me. But in the recent past shopping there has been a headache. Despite there been four billing counters established by you most of the time only one counter is working. I have written a complaint earlier in the complaint book available in the store but things have not changed. When being asked why only one counter is working we get answer in very brusque manner that other counters will not be opened despite there being a long line of customers standing for billing. 
Earlier when we asked the manager for this he used to resolve this problem but now he turns a deaf ear to our complaint. I cannot tell you the names of the persons working there as they do not wear their name tags but whatever information I can provide you I am providing it below:

Thanks for your immediate reply.

I went to the r/f outlet at Kharghar today by 19:00 hrs with the disputed product.  I asked the billing counter staff to bill for the disputed product.  It is still showing Rs.164/- for the item  which has an MRP of 146/-.

It is very unfortunate, no step was taken though I wrote to you on 04/08/2011 despite  we are advanced in communication system.  This could have been brought to the concerned official of that outlet , even if you are not with reliance fresh.

Just realise, the outlet has been selling the item with increased price of Rs.18/- for the last 8 days (as far as I know).  I got the refund.  But getting the refund is not my objective.

I expected on 04th August that I had written to the top level executive and it would get rectified on that day itself.  But, nothing happened.  Still  they are selling the product with increased price of Rs.18/-.

I would have appreciated an early action.  General public expect prompt response from the corporate.

I remain waiting for your reply and an apology from the stock incharge at Kharghar.

I went to Janak Puri C-62 DELHI-110058  Stores to buy veg and groceries.
I was billed for 2119.92 Rs by C/Card.The agent harassed me by
changing counters and the
manager & OTHER STAFF WAS VERY RUDE and behaved like goondas...............?
When I asked for home delivery , the guard started scolding me and the
manager absued me....
They have told me that they will not deliver my stuff and keep it in
their custody for ever....?
Very stupid behaviour by

Should I approach the concumer forum/court ............?

I have paid Rs 2119.92 and the store manager is not releasing my grocery.

Hi

 

I want to complain regarding the Reliance Fresh Madinaguda Hyderabad shop. I have been visiting this shop for almost 2 yrs on every weekend and my average bill amount will be > 500 Rs most of the time.

 

My complaint is against the offers, the cashiers in this shop are not giving the offers which are quoted only if the customer asks they provide. It happened that I saw 20/- Rs off on a chocolate Horlicks and purchased that after going home I saw that 20/- off was not provided in the bill. When I went to the shop after one week I checked with one guy in charge (Rajesh), he said there is no offer on this product and but actually I showed him that the offer is there he said it was not there last week. It was already for last week as well. He finally told that he will not give the offer. This is really bad, when the offer is displayed it should be given to the customer and it is not there to cheat customers.

 

Can you be able to help me out with this or any contact number whom I can escalate??

 I am a regular visitor of Reliance fresh in Jaipur but every time i
get disappointed because whenever give SBI credit card at the cash
counter i have to get embarrassed as i get reply from the other end
"Sir its not functioning " and as i give some other credit card like
HDFC or ICICI it immediately works , its not once or twice it happens
every time.

I do hope you people will look in the matter as the same is concerned
with your reputation being an National Level Merchant.

Dear Sir,

I'm a retired Army Officer and visit your store at Sector-16, Panchkula often but todays incident has forced me to rethink on the subject.
Mr Manoj , a salesman at Sec-16 retail outlet has been ignoring the queue and obliging people with fewer articles to jump the line. An advise and caution fell on deaf ears and the persons with better civic sense standing in a queue awaiting their turn felt like fools. What are we expected to do under the circumstances. Create a chaos by breaking lines or stand mute spectators to an adamant man's behaviour.

I'm sure a polite but firm word to the violators would go along way in maintaining the civility, so desired by this country.

I'm not in favour of any punitive action against the individual but a word down the line to the supervisor and the individual will at least ensure that such actions are in notice of management. I'm sure it'll improve the decorum of the store and maybe get a few uncouth people to stand in line and await their turn. Its a small step towards improvement of general conduct this country so desperately requires. Call it CSR if you can.

Dear Sirs,

We purchased one no. of "Bournvita 500 Gm GUS" on 31/07/2011 from your store  at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai - 410 210.  The price mentioned in the bill is Rs.164/-  Bill.No. C6124  #0130 at 18:52:07 hrs on 31/07/2011.

However, the MRP on the  Bournvita ++  500 GM  is Rs.146/-.  This could be mere data entry mistake.  I do not know how many items are entered wrongly like this.

Today, my wife went to the store and enquired about this showing the bill.  Unfortunately, the store in-charge did not take cognizance of the issue and insisted that my wife should bring the product.   I wonder, why should one go with the product ?  The same would still be available in the shelf.  Is n't it ?

Please take up the matter with your staff at the above mentioned store (Tel.No.27742606- but nobody would pick up, try your luck) and let them correct the entry in their price data.  YOU CAN NOT REMAIN UNNOTICED.  When the issue was brought to the knowledge of the store in-charge, he should have understood the gravity and acted accordingly.  It is very lethargic at your store.

I'm about to go to the press.  Please resolve my grievance.

May I expect a reply from you and also from the store in-Charge ?

Can I have the Email ID of the concerned for registering a Complaint.

 

Complaint : Wrong Billing.

Shop : Reliance Fresh, New BEL Road.

Shop Manager : Mr.Babu

 

Note : Not only did they do wrong billing but the Shop Manager was arrogant and adamant.

 

I have enclosed the scanned copy of the bill (Date:30.07.2011) and the item is highlighted (Okra – Only 250 gms taken but billed for 405 gms too).

 

I am a very regular customer but I am both shocked and disappointed and really don't know how many times this has happened to me.

 

Please note that I had taken this issue with them not for collecting the difference amount but to keep them informed that it should not happen to me or any other customer in future.
