Dear Sir,

I am a very old customer of Reliance One card no 6048 6310 1372 7402.
I went to Janak Puri C-62 DELHI-110058  Stores to buy veg and groceries.
I was billed for 2119.92 Rs by C/Card.The agent harassed me by
changing counters and the
manager & OTHER STAFF WAS VERY RUDE and behaved like goondas...............?
When I asked for home delivery , the guard started scolding me and the
manager absued me....
They have told me that they will not deliver my stuff and keep it in
their custody for ever....?
Very stupid behaviour by
reliance......................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Should I approach the concumer forum/court ............?
I have already lodged a complaint against Mr.Santsoh (Complaint No 848686)
on 9-8-11 at 12.40 Pm.
I have paid Rs 2119.92 and the store manager is not releasing my grocery.
