Dear Sirs,

We purchased one no. of "Bournvita 500 Gm GUS" on 31/07/2011 from your store  at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai - 410 210.  The price mentioned in the bill is Rs.164/-  Bill.No. C6124  #0130 at 18:52:07 hrs on 31/07/2011.

However, the MRP on the  Bournvita ++  500 GM  is Rs.146/-.  This could be mere data entry mistake.  I do not know how many items are entered wrongly like this.

Today, my wife went to the store and enquired about this showing the bill.  Unfortunately, the store in-charge did not take cognizance of the issue and insisted that my wife should bring the product.   I wonder, why should one go with the product ?  The same would still be available in the shelf.  Is n't it ?

Please take up the matter with your staff at the above mentioned store (Tel.No.27742606- but nobody would pick up, try your luck) and let them correct the entry in their price data.  YOU CAN NOT REMAIN UNNOTICED.  When the issue was brought to the knowledge of the store in-charge, he should have understood the gravity and acted accordingly.  It is very lethargic at your store.

I'm about to go to the press.  Please resolve my grievance.

May I expect a reply from you and also from the store in-Charge ?
