Subject: Cheating in pricing and billing
I am the regular customer of the Reliance Fresh Store located at Kapurthala Road, Jalandhar. Today dated 24-04-2013 i have visited the store to buy some of my grocery stuff. I have picked Cadbury Bournvita, the price mentioned on the shelf (tag price) where it was laying was Rs. 152/-. I picked one of its pack and approaches to the counter for the billing. But surprised to see while billing, cashier charge Rs. 172/-, i objected on it and raises my point as rate mentioned over the shelf is Rs.152/- and shown the same to the dealing officer but staff who was dealing clearly refuses for the same, then i approaches to some senior staff available at that time naming Mr. Amrinder, ASM and share the same with him and also shown the price tag but he also refuses for the same. In fact uses false language with me.
Here difference of Rs. 20/- was not the matter, here the matter is customer care and the customer satisfaction. If staff and the senior staff is treating their regular client in such a way, what a new customer can expect.
