Grievance Description : i have insured my vehicle tn 59 ap 0046in hdfcergo last year 09/04/12 .in reliance fresh bibikulam madurai tamilnadu.625014. i lost my printout copy of my policy during a wash .for past one month i am asking for a copy of my policy .there is no response.refer reliance complaint note for complaints .the person in charge at reliance refered to mr ganesh of hdfc his number is9962589725,and manju hdfc ergo her number is9543151994, they were harsh and they say they have work.there work is to insure vehicle and there is no service.today ganesh told me that if you want you can even complain to anyone.no one can do anything.i dont want such reply after a month.what a poor service i do need a copy of my policy . |
