Subject: Poor quality of Plastic Patla
Dear R/s,
Plastic Patla - 01 No. was purchased on Dt. 09.04.2013 @129.00 Rs, which was broken on just one sitting.
On request it was replaced on Dt. 05.06.2013, which was again broken on just one sitting.
We asked Reliance fresh Vikhroli West store to replace this by good quality Patla or return money on 06.05.2013 08:50 PM. They denied same & shown reluctance with misbehave.
We have mentioned our feedback in compliant register and deposited broken Patla at Reliance fresh for action.
Hereby request to take action & apologies fast before we may go to escalate this matter to consumer court.
