With reference to the above cited subject, I (B.S.Venkateswarulu), resident of MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam wish to inform you that your Security Staff at MVP retail outlet at VSP treated my son Mr Manikanta, Yesterday night when he gone to the store to purchase vegitables, in humiliating mannery treating him as a thief literally and frisking him and saying wrong words. I am regular customer of your stores and it is a very great insult to the public to treat the customers like this. Please look into the matter and warn the concerned.
