Dear sir,
I Khalil Basha Mohammad who is reliance fresh-Khoi Fiza-Bhopal store customer.
At dated on 05-03-11 time 7.15pm i purchase some goods from this store and payment can done by my debit card-HDFC.The bill details are C9159 #0135.Bill value 737.64.
But at time of swipe store keeper swipe two times I warn him don't do like that but he answer at first time system not recognize so I can do it.You don't worry the amount will debit only one time.
Next day I check my account and found two times amount will be debited my account.
I collect Bank statement and went to Khoi Fiza store and complaint to Store In charge Ramkumar Dubey,Cell no:9977668834.He check 05-03-11 sales report and answer in our billing have only one amount 737.64 has been credited.
But finally From my account two times swipe so please do necessary en query and retun back my lose amount.

Dear sir,
Your reliance fresh shop at Brahmpuri branch gives poor service.
No any cash machine Ok at this shop.
Material which for sell not fresh.
Many cold storage are damaged.
Oil packets are dirty and vegetables are not fresh.
Staff are not in proper uniform.
So please take care this branch.

Scheme not given and label rate is differ then billing rate
Dear Reliance Fresh Organizers,
Today i purchased Scheme pack (5kg Dawat devayya Basmati rise+2kg R value Sugar+5kg. Fortune Sunlite oile) worth Rs 787 as per scheme and label at your Reliance Fresh Harvi Complex, Nr Subhash Chowk, Nr A One School, Gurukul, Ahmedabad - 380052 |
But in bill they charged 837 Rs. Also there are So difference in same tide soap rate. they give me 4 in one pack @65 but at label it is written @57.
Please do needful and give me my money back. Here i am attaching same bill.
Also no one is attending phone at your store while calling on given no.
