Dear Sir,

I wish to lodge complain against subjected product which is being sold through your outlet. 

The product is very bad quality and not fulfilling the quality as expected by customer.

 

It seems that the parameter which is stated on packet will not match with packed product.

 

So you are requested to forward my complain to food Inspector and get your lot checked for same product.

 

Complain may also be forwarded to manufacturer/packer for corrective and preventive action 

with compensation to customer.
