Dear Sir,

 

This is to inform you that I had visited your Reliance Fresh Kilpauk Chennai on 16-Mar-13 and purchased goods worth Rs. 5046.60 and I had taken credit of my points for RS.46.00.

 

I have been wrongly debited twice for this purchase as I had paid through credit card. I have been debited twice as follows;

 

16-Mar-13 :  Tran id: 74332743076307547157286 : Rs. 5000.50

16-Mar-13:   Tran id: 7467872307771817492673:   Rs. 5000.60

 

My Reliance card no is 6048631033728091.
