Dear Reliance Mart,

 

I have made my shopping in Reliance Fresh, Faridabad, Sec 28.

I was told that my card is not working and was asked to pay in cash.

Whereas, I got the confirmation from bank that transaction was verified.

I complained the same to the dispenser and was told to wait for some time as the Card exchange is in Mumbai and the cannot act immediately.

 

I am just documenting the same so that it comes in your record.
